A: We strive to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Nonetheless, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various things that you have to take into account – the sheer size of your web site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to perform each migration within 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Nope. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–based hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.We also do not support proprietary site creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
